Delicious double dip (Hummus and Muhammara)
When you want to make something that tasty and beautiful make this yummy double dip!
Its perfect for the holidays!
For Hummus
·
2 cloves garlic
·
Juice of 1 lemon
·
2 tablespoons tahini
·
2 tablespoons ice water
·
1 can garbanzo beans
Blend together the first three ingredients
and loosen with ice water, add the drained garbanzo beans. This is the bottom

For Muhammara
3 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 cup walnuts toasted
4 roasted red bell peppers, skin removed
3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
2 garlic cloves minced
½ teaspoon toasted cumin powder
½ teaspoon toasted coriander powder
1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
3 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
2 tablespoons caramelized tomato paste
½ tsp salt
Blend together.
Layer both and top with pomegranate,
parsley, chopped toasted walnuts, pomegranate molasses and olive oil
