Rasagulla Amarkhand


I have discovered that I can indeed take a good photo every now and then! What do you think?

Anyway...lets make a new and different kind of dessert! Its creative..its tasty...its a crowd pleaser!!

Ingredients:

Mini Rasagullas 20
Mango 1
Hung curd 2 cups
Powdered Sugar 1/4 cup
Fresh Cream 3 tablespoons
Pistachios (chopped for garnish)
Procedure:
Peel and cut mangoes to small pieces.
Line a sieve with a thin muslin and pour curd into it.Set this aside in the refrigerator until the water content has completely drained. Blend the mango pieces to a fine pulp. Add the hung curd, sugar and fresh cream and blend well.
Refrigerate this until serving time.
Half an hour before serving, in a bowl take 1-2 Rasagullas.
Top it with a generous portion of mango amarkhand.
Garnish with sliced pistachios. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
