Cheesecake Fruit wraps


Looking for a fun, lunch idea for back to school? Here is one we tried today!

Let your kids pick the fruit they want in their wrap...this way you can be sure they will enjoy it!



1 4 oz package reduced fat cream cheese.
2 Tsp sugar
4 drops vanilla extract.
3 8-inch whole wheat tortillas
Strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe, blueberries, kiwi (All thinly sliced)
1 Banana, thinly sliced. Don't skip the banana, this helps hold the wrap together.

Mash cream cheese with sugar and extract. Spread over tortilla. Arrange fruits in a single layer and roll up tightly. Freeze for 10 minutes to set. Cut at a diagonal.
