Stuffed baby bell peppers

I have posted cheese stuffed baby bell peppers in the past. Those were grilled and absolutely out of the world! Here is another stuffed baby pepper recipe with an Indian twist! I stuffed them with potato curry!


Check out my previous post "Potato fry" for the recipe. Make sure to mash up the potatoes a little so you can easily stuff the peppers.


Once they are all stuffed, bake them at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. They sizzle and smell absolutely delicious when they come out!!

Try it as an appetizer at your next party!
