Roasted banana with cinnamon and chocolate.


If you are a mother, I completely understand the frenzy that you go through when you are trying to think of after school snacks. It has to be tasty, it has to be quick, it has to fill them up just enough so they don't ruin dinner and above all it has to be healthy! Anyone with me?


 I found the Roasted banana with cinnamon and chocolate. to be all of the above. My kids loved it and so did my husband!

Preheat oven to 375. Split bananas in half lengthwise. Add a few pads of unsalted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and dank chocolate chips. Bake for 17 minutes! Yummy goodness :)
